United by a concern for our increasingly divided communities, the Emerging Leaders for Community Change (ELCC) cohort equips emerging young adult leaders of faith with long-term skills to implement their own initiatives that address divisions within their immediate communities and wider society. ELCC recognizes that leading with values and faith is needed to bridge divides. ELCC empowers young leaders to create meaningful, lasting change through optimistic leadership in their communities.
Emerging Leaders for Community Change (ELCC) is an initiative of The Georgia Faith Forward Democracy (FFD) network, a multifaith, nonpartisan network of faith leaders which is supported by the Georgia Democracy Resilience Network and The Carter Center.
