Angelo Martinez

Angelo Martinez is the Manager of NV365 Education and Training, and the Manager of Faith Based Relations of the Better Together Initiative at The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change. His professional experience is rooted in social work. After obtaining a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Florida International University, Angelo worked within the Department of Juvenile Justice and faith-based organizations serving under-resourced and migrant communities through educational empowerment programs. While attending Candler School of Theology at Emory University, he worked within the Georgia State Prison system under the Chaplain's office. Angelo holds a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Justice, Peacebuilding, and Conflict Transformation. He is a published poet and spoken word artist.
